These two glum councillors are holding a solemn vigil at Oxford’s memorial to the late King of Prussia…. it appears that they are lamenting the demise of the royal house of Hohenzollern following the enforced abdication of the Last King of Prussia, Wilhelm II, at the outbreak of the Great War…
