As the winter Olympics comes to an end in Vancouver a long-running frosty situation surrounding South London’s Streatham Ice Rink appears to be “hotting up”. Cllr Chuka Umunna on his blog has called for the developers of the Ice Rink to “Put up or Shut Up”; Fighting Talk Cllr Umanna - hope you dont slip up - or find yourself on Thin Ice … frozen out… etc…etc. The above photo opportunity shows a very moody Cllr Umanna (right) as part of a panel judging the developers performance… only this is a really, really high mark for someone you are so critical of… and it copies a TV voting format from the show that is nothing to do with ice… Cllr Umunna (for surname pronounciation guide check here) also features (somewhat too close to the camera) in a well produced video which seems to have been recorded in a swanky piano bar. .. do you want ice in your drink Cllr?
