A scary glum face and a bizarrely unusual costume … no wonder this young man looks concerned. Here we see images of Cllr Robert Smith attending a Halloween party at Rhondda Cynon Taf Council’s delightful Four Seasons centre. It is clear from these images that everyone had a jolly good time!
