Smashing Pumpkins Councillor!
Cllr Peter Malpas (centre) is Chorley Council’s Executive Member (Business) and is attempting to drum up support for Chorleys famous markets by holding a “guess the weight of the Pumpkin” contest.
“Visiting the markets is a great day out for the family” asserts Cllr Malpas, whose brief presumably includes local implementation of The Trades Description Act.
