Across the Atlantic in Vancouver, Canada, Councillor and Mayoral Candidate Jim Green is seen here with Rapper Josh Martinez (Cllr Jim is on the left). What could be better for an aspiring politician than to be seen “down flexing wiv da kidz”? For an award winning Rap / Hip Hop recording artist, association with a serious politician lends a bit of much needed gravitas.
This image represents a rare phenomenom - usually when people collaborate the sum of their activities is greater than the seperate parts. But here we see the combined PR efforts of these two individuals resulting in an overall reduction of credibility … for each participant.
It really doesn’t help that the photo opportunity appears to have been staged outside a public toilet.
